DLA worked as part of a consultant team with CALA Homes to secure reserved matters consent on this site for 78 dwellings.

The team undertook public consultation and worked closely with North Hertfordshire District Council and Parish Council to achieve a high quality scheme on the edge of the village of Pirton.

As well as securing reserved matters consent, DLA also submitted and negotiated with NHDC regarding the details secured by conditions on both the outline permission and reserved matters consent.
