DLA Town Planning promoted this site on behalf of the owner through a series of planning applications and appeals. Although the site is in the Green Belt, DLA Town Planning successfully persuaded a planning inspector that the site should be considered as a village “infill” site. Permission was granted in March 2019 for two dwellings and the site is currently being sold.
