DLA are happy to announce that we have secured planning permission for the construction of four, three-bedroom dwellings with associated parking. The permission allows the demolition of the existing dwelling which comprises of a large detached bungalow with land to both the sides and rear. Initially, this application was written up for approval by the Council’s Officers, however, it was refused by the Planning Committee. This scheme is currently awaiting a decision at appeal in which we are confident of a successful outcome. DLA then made a few changes to the proposal, such as, altering the roof pitches and adding more indicative planting to the side boundaries. It was from this revised application that we then managed to obtain planning permission.
