Burston Drive, St Albans
In October 2020, DLA secured planning permission for the construction of four, three-bedroom dwellings with associated parking at Burston Drive, St Albans. Following this success, we then applied to vary the condition relating to the approved plans.
We proposed to include side and rear Velux windows, and roof lights on the crown roof which would allow for an additional room in the roof space for each of the dwellings. We argued that the change would see no material changes to the front elevation or the street scene. This was successfully permitted.
