Oughtonhead Lane, Hitchin – 43 New Dwellings

Last year, North Herts Council granted full planning permission for 43 dwellings on land south of Oughtonhead Lane subject to the completion of a section 106 agreement. The site is allocated in the Local Plan and will provide 40% affordable housing in line with policy requirements.

All dwellings would have EV charging and the scheme includes timber frame construction, air source heat pumps, and solar panels. We have had the pleasure of working with Cala Group Limited and the wider design team on this project since the pre-application stage and are pleased to now secure an approval.
