Market Square, Winslow – Listed Building Success

Our client initially approached us following a refusal for a proposal of two dwellings on a site with mixed C3 and retail use.

After assessing the situation, we advised and submitted a pre-application for two self-contained dwellings with a shared walkway at the front, allowing for the retention of the existing retail space. This was key, as the site falls within the designated Winslow Shopping Area.

We’re pleased to share that the Council approved both the Planning Application and Listed Building Consent for the associated works to this Grade II Listed Building.
