Phases 3 + 4, Arlesey – 146 New Dwellings

Planning Success in Arlesey! 🏘️

This week we are continuing to look back on our past planning successes in Central Beds. Last month, we obtained planning permission for Phases 3 and 4 in Arlesey. This was for the erection of 146 dwellings, access, parking, amenity space, drainage basin and other associated works, including provision of a section of Arlesey Relief Road following the completion of a section 106 agreement after a Committee resolution to grant permission in Oct

ober 2024.

The permission provides Cala Group Limited with an extension to their current scheme on this land. This sits within the Arlesey Cross Masterplan area which seeks to deliver a mixed-use development scheme comprising a minimum of 1000 dwellings and 10ha of employment land, including the provision of a relief road running north along the west of the High Street to the north-east of Arlesey and joining the A507.

We enjoyed working alongside Architectus on the site’s plans and look forward to seeing this scheme develop further!
