Appeal Success! 9 Homes Approved on Green Belt Land in Colney Heath 🏘️

Earlier this year, we won an appeal for 9 houses on a Green Belt site in Colney Heath. The Inspector accepted that the site would meet the definition of grey belt land as set out in the recently amended NPPF. With the help of EAS we successfully argued that the site was within a sustainable location, with reasonable access to local shops, services, and public transport links. The LPA had previously accepted that the scheme, designed by LAP Architects + Interior Designers Ltd, was of high quality and would protect the character and appearance of the surrounding area.
