Hill Rise, Cuffley – New Residential Development

Earlier this year, planning permission was granted at committee for the redevelopment of 45 Hill Rise, Cuffley. This approval allows for the demolition of the existing dwelling and the construction of two high-quality detached homes.

The scheme will deliver much-needed new housing while respecting the character of the local area. The design ensures a positive contribution to the street scene, provides excellent living spaces, and includes a Biodiversity Net Gain that exceeds national requirements.
