  • The application is for the remodelling of golf course with the creation of a new practice area
  • Although the site is within the Green Belt, as the proposals relate to engineering works (with no net change in soil) related to outdoor sport and recreation, the principle of the proposal would constitute ‘not inappropriate’ Green Belt development in accordance with Paragraph 154 of the NPPF.
  • The application has been submitted with the relevant technical reports (ecology, BNG, trees)
