Dixons Hill Close, Welham Green

We are pleased to share that we have had a successful appeal decision for the conversion of existing stables to a residential dwelling on a Green Belt site in Welham Green, Hatfield. This decision followed an initial application which was refused and dismissed at appeal, with the Inspector citing that some minor amendments could make the scheme acceptable. Having made these amendments which included some design and landscaping changes, we successfully won the appeal.
