We are pleased to share that we have secured a section 73 approval to allow for the substitution of plans on a commercial site in Harpenden. The changes to the plans include amended access arrangements, alterations to openings and visual appearance of both previously approved buildings, provision of substation, layout changes involving the reorientation of a car parking space and increase in height of the northernmost previously approved building.
