Transforming Spaces: Our Latest Permission!

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve received approval to redevelop a long-standing builder’s yard in Chipperfield, Hertfordshire.

Situated on the edge of the Conservation Area within the Green Belt, this project presented a challenging plot with numerous initial objections.

However, we successfully secured approval through close collaboration with the Parish Council, who ultimately supported the scheme, and by working with the local Council to address and resolve the final concerns.

Key Highlights:
