Burford Grange, Hitchin

We are delighted to share that following adoption of the North Herts Local Plan we have secured permission for 48 dwellings in Ickleford, near Hitchin for CALA Homes. The residential development will take place over 2.4 hectares and will deliver both affordable and market dwellings across the site in a mix of tenures.

The scheme also delivers highway improvements, landscaping and open space. Alongside this, permission has also been granted for an attenuation basin which will provide the development with a SuDS solution.
