Committee Success for up 42 homes in Cheshunt

A hybrid scheme for up to 42 homes was supported at committee by members with 8 votes in favour and one abstention. The site at Burton Grange in Cheshunt features a locally listed building and several prominent mature trees. But working with the consultant team (Ashley Thompson from AT Architecture, YES Engineering – Transport, EAS , Patrick Stileman, Matthew Game, and Henry Lamprecht) we secured a resolution to grant from committee for the conversion of the Grange to 12 apartments and up to 30 new build dwellings in the grounds.

The landowners will shortly be looking to market the site with outline consent so watch this space…
