Rowland has over 30 years’ experience in planning and specialises in the preparation of written evidence to support planning applications and appeals.
He has dealt with a wide range of residential, commercial and retail proposals and particularly enjoys the challenge of justifying the right development on constrained sites.
He has previously worked for the Community Development Agency for Hertfordshire and Hertfordshire County Council.
