Arlesey Grange Phase 1

Back in 2017, DLA successfully obtained planning permission for CALA Homes at White Horse Field, Arlesey. This site forms part of the allocated development site MA8 which is set out in the Central Bedfordshire Site Allocations (North) DPD 2011. This policy requires the whole allocation to deliver a minimum of 1000 new homes, along with employment space, a school, health facilities, and other amenities.

Fast forward to 2021, and over 50% of Arlesey Grange Phase 1 has now been sold showing that this high-quality scheme is a very popular development.
