DLA is pleased to congratulate Taylor Wimpey on winning a gold medal in the WhatHouse? Awards 2020! We secured planning permission back in June 2017 for what was the former Beaumont Works Factory. The permission allowed for the restoration of the site and within this, new homes were created. It is now known as Beaumont Gardens!
