We are pleased to share that we have received a reserved matters approval for a commercial redevelopment for 1800m2 of Class E(g)(ii) and (iii) floorspace at a site in Colesden, Bedfordshire. Following an outline consent we achieved in 2021, this reserved matters approval sought the details for appearance, landscaping, layout, and scale.

Thanks to our cooperative approach with various technical consultants, a positive outcome was achieved.
