It was recommended for approval by officers and endorsed by members of the planning committee. Currently, this site is comprised of a 1.5 storey detached dwelling set in a plot of around 0.12ha. The planning permission for the two, five-bedroom detached dwellings is for the area south of the existing dwelling. The permission obtained has also led to the approval for a replacement garage for the existing dwelling.
