Mark is a Chartered Town Planner and has been part of the DLA Town Planning team for over twenty years.

He has a wealth of experience covering all aspects of the firms commercial and residential planning projects and he has also gained his Masters degree during his time with DLA Town Planning Ltd.

Mark is responsible for many of the projects we work on in North London, particularly in assisting with Permitted Development rights and HMO applications. He also deals with many appeals, from small householder to substantial developments. He particularly enjoys the challenges of finding solutions for and achieving planning permissions on constricted sites.
