Melbourne Mews, Wheathampstead

DLA are pleased to have worked with Jarvis Homes on the delivery of their Melbourne Mews site in Wheathampstead.

Our involvement started back in 2017, with planning permission for the 28 dwelling scheme granted in April 2019, since then we have secured various amendments to the approved scheme through variation of condition applications and non-material amendments and have also secured discharge of all necessary conditions.

The final discharge of condition decision has now been received.
