Plummers Lane, Peter’s Green
DLA has recently obtained planning permission for a double garage and home office outbuilding, pool and pool shed at a site in Plummers Lane, Peter’s Green; the site is also washed over by the Green Belt. We argued that the increase in footprint was not disproportionate when taken in context of the dwelling and existing outbuildings, nor would there be a significant impact on the character of the street scene or area. Our first permission at this site was some 10 years ago when we achieved a replacement dwelling permission.
