Watford Road, St Albans

We are delighted to share that we have successfully secured planning permission for the construction of two dwellings in St Albans for Mountgold Homes. The site makes up a corner plot between Watford Road and West Avenue in the Chiswell Green area. The permission allows for a detached dwelling to the side of the existing, and a bungalow that will front West Avenue.

This is a well considered scheme that makes a positive contribution to the housing supply within the District.
