Witts End Farm, Bedfordshire
Following the planning success last year for the creation of 5 new dwellings at the above site, DLA are pleased to share that we now have a variation of condition approval for three of the new dwellings to create a better standard of accommodation for future occupiers with living space available at first floor, through the addition of glazing. With no changes proposed to the height or scale of these buildings, Green Belt openness has been protected.
