Goffs Oak, Broxbourne
With December bringing about many new successes for DLA, we are happy to share that we have obtained planning permission for a detached dwelling on land to the rear of a Grade II Listed Building in Goffs Oak. The application site also contains tree preservation orders and is washed over as an area of archaeological interest.
Thus, with our Heritage Consultant confirming that the proposal would not have a detrimental impact on the setting of the Listed Building, and our arguments concerning that the proposal would retain sufficient levels of amenity for neighbouring occupiers and that it would demonstrate sustainable development, we achieved a successful permission.
