More Success at Park Street, St Albans
DLA are delighted to be able to continue our excellent track record for delivering houses in this area, as last week we obtained planning permission for two dwellings along Burston Drive. This is in addition to the four, three-bedroomed dwellings that we gained permission for at the end of October 2020. Not only this, but some 10 years, we also gained planning permission for three dwellings in this end of Burston Drive.
This recent approval will see the demolition of the existing bungalow and the erection of two detached, four-bedroomed dwellings in its place. The approval will contribute to the districts housing stock and will be designed with traditional materials which match the local character, and the size and scale will be in keeping with the area. Overall, another great success in Burston Drive!
