DLA has recently received a grant of planning permission relating to the variation of a condition pertaining to a condition to remove PD Rights. The grant of permission reinstates Class E Permitted Development Rights on the Green Belt dwelling, following the removal of them after the client received an approval for a replacement dwelling in 2008. To successfully argue for the case, we used various case law examples to demonstrate previous schemes that had their PD Rights reinstated. The Council accepted these arguments and approved the application.
