Goffs Oak, Broxbourne
Following an approval last year for a detached dwelling on land to the rear of a Grade II Listed Building in Goffs Oak in Broxbourne, DLA are pleased to announce that we have now obtained planning permission for a revised scheme on this site to provide two detached dwellings to the rear of the Listed Building. This revised scheme continues to be sympathetic to the Listed Building and will be designed with traditional materials that are in keeping with the local area.
